 02/09/12 - Happy New Year & Happy Valentines
OK, so it's true, I haven't been posting here much or very often. It's not that nothing is going on around here. I just seem to always have something else to do instead.
My friend Lena has come again and gone, another friend arrives tomorrow and my sister and her friends will be here eight days later. I am trying to complete a project or two, but for now, please go to troubleshared.org. This is a new web site I assembled to tell about people who need assistance and make it possible for others to donate.
Karaoke continues but I'm not drinking as much as previously. I'm about to move my office so I can cut expenses and be more comfortable, working from home. That's a win-win situation in my opinion. |

08/03/11 - Oh My My
August now and it is hot. It has rained a bit in the last week or two and that's good. Mostly. Johnny Canuck got a little wet doing karaoke last Friday night, but I was more concerned about the lightning damaging his equipment!
My birthday came and went two weeks ago. I got two cakes and had Happy Birthday sung to me at the Palapa in the dark. (Thanks RECO!)
I am working on many different projects. My associate Susan has been so helpful, both with the quality of her work, as well as in bringing new clients. Ive decided I must work smarter, faster, if I want to be more successful. Even might have to cut back on karaoke time! |
05/06/11 - Unhappy News
 Kent Farman, my friend, husband to Martha,and stepfather to my dear Brigette, was interred today. I am sorrowed by our loss.
Kent was always a friend and to my knowledge, a great example to everyone who met him. I will miss his sense of humor, his stability and his friendship. I will order two glasses of wine tonight, one for Kent, one for me. Hopefully, I will choose a song to sing that he would have liked. |
03/10/11 - My Favorite Month
Some of my favorite people have birthdays this month. I won't mention them but they should know who they are!
Things are going well for now. I have lots of work to do and I'm getting it done. I really would like to be somewhere that is cooler. It is sunny and about 85 F here. I need to buy a small fan. That would make things better. To all my friends and family - Hello! |
